Guidelines for the Parents Admitting their ward in Boarding House

Reporting Precautions

Parents are advised to take the following precautions at the time of reporting to avoid any inconvenience.

1. While reporting to the hostel ,1st term fee Deposit Receipt should be presented.
2. Parents must deposit the “Boarder’s Profile Form” duly filled in at the time admitting their ward in the hostel (A certificate of fitness certified by a doctor not below than M.B.B.S. is required).
3. Parents and guardians must sign the Boarder’s Profile from and provide their recent pass-port size photographs for future identification.
4. Parents must ensure that the child carries all the items as mentioned in the prospectus or in the list provided by the school along with the prescribed set of text books and note -books etc.
5. No eatables are allowed in the School /Boarding House.
6. Parents are advised and requested not to give any valuable items like, Gold / Silver items, Camera, Mobile and any other electronic items to the ward, such articles if found will be confiscated .keeping or using mobile in hostel is strictly prohibited .
7. Parents are requested not to give any cash to the ward as his requirements will be met from “Pocket Money”.
8. Parents are also requested to submit authority letter if their ward are to be sent alone or with any other person not registered in our records.

Visiting Home Safety Norms

Visiting Home Safety Norms Boarders and Parents must comply with the following guidelines to ensure safety of the Boarders:

1. The boarders will be sent on local exeat/holiday only with the parents or local guardians as recorded in the boarder’s Profile form. Any local exeat or holiday will be permitted after “out Pass” is made. No boarder will be allowed to leave hostel for home after sun-set.
2. Separate authority letter will be required if the boarder is to be sent alone or with any other person not registered in our records.
3. The house master is empowered to grant leave to boarders on exeat days. Leave in exceptional cases including emergencies can be granted by the principal.
4. Parents are expected to plan their visit to the hostel on local exeat or holiday of their wards as per the calendar and schedule. Extension of leave already scheduled will not be considered in any case.
5. To maintain discipline in the school /hostel parents must ensure that ward report back at the hostel before the schedule time after every holiday/vacation before sun-set. After sun-set no boarder will be received.
6. Parents are advised to follow the given schedule to avoid any inconvenience.
